All sales are final. Because many of our items are vintage, one-of-a-kind, or sold at special warehouse-sale events, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges. Digital products are also non-refundable once they have been delivered.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing, and inspect warehouse-sale items at pickup, as all purchases are final.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, or you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us right away (within 3 days of pickup or delivery) at info@fhldesignco.com with photos, and we will do our best to make it right.
