We're a mother-daughter design team behind FHL Design Co in Rowlett, Texas. For years we've designed real homes for real clients — kitchens, whole-house renovations, and new builds from the studs up — and along the way, 64,000+ of you have followed on YouTube, watching us make these calls room by room.

Yes. Right after you join, you'll tell us the room you're working on. We build across kitchens, living rooms, baths, and primary bedrooms first — your answers help us decide the order.
A complete, done-for-you room — a predesigned plan where the pieces, finishes, and placements are already chosen, why, where to invest vs. save, and how to adapt it to what you already own. It's the designer part, without the designer price.
Our founding promise: if your finished guide isn't what you hoped, tell us within 14 days and we'll make it right, or refund your $35. You're helping us build these — we're not going to leave you unhappy.
Not at all. If you can drag a photo on your phone or laptop, you can use it — and every guide comes with a short tutorial that walks you through it step by step.
That's exactly what the quiz is for — it reads your style back to you — and every guide includes a modification guide to adapt the room to your space and the pieces you already own.
A single designer consult runs $150–300 an hour, and one wrong sofa or slab costs more than every guide we'll ever make. $35 is our thank-you for being first — it won't be this low again.
